The group was founded in the 1960’s and since then has been engaged in the development, production and marketing of products and supplements for humans and animals, while striving for excellence and to the improvement of the wellbeing of its customers.
Over the years the company has grown and expanded into new areas of activity, and has made sure to preserve the values which guide it in all of its activities.

Commencing activities in the field of milk substitutions for calves and lambs

Establishment of the pet food field – “Bonzo” and “La Cat”

Establishment of the baby food field – “Materna”
1993
IPO (Initial Public Offering) in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

Entering into the nutritional supplements field – acquiring “Altman” and “Ta’am Teva” and merging them together
2006
Acquiring the Kuzeypet activities in the field of pet food in Turkey
Purchasing 51% of the “Adama Organic Food Products” company
2008
Acquiring “Analyte” – Deepening the activity in the field of nutritional supplements for children
Acquiring “Schiff & Ribowsky” – Deepening the activity in the field of pets.

Completion of the sale of 51% of the Materna activity to Osem-Nestle
